On December 7, 2020, the NWSL announced the decision to award an expansion franchise to Kansas City. In the year following, world-class women’s soccer was brought to the Heartland, where KC Current completed its Inaugural Season in front of the world’s best sports fans. Now, we’re ready for the next chapter. With a new crest to unite us, a best-in-class training facility, and the first stadium in the world built specifically for a women’s sports team, KC Current is ready to write the next chapter with help from those who call our city home.
KC Current and CPKC Stadium are on a mission to do things this sport has never seen. We are carving our own path. For women. For our athletes. For our city. And we’re just getting started.

Who are we Hiring?
We are hiring for members of the X-Stream team who will perform at every KC Current home match during the 2024 season at the brand new CPKC Stadium.
What will you do?
This high-energy hype squad will interact with fans, launch t-shirts into the crowd, assist with on-field and in-stands promotions, run giant flags onto the pitch, work with the club's Supporter Group to pump up the crowd and more!
What do you need to succeed?
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have a cheer, dance, hype team or sports team background
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with large groups of fans
- Have a positive attitude, are reliable and want to be a part of the best fan experience in the NWSL

Special requirements of the Job:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.
