Texoma FC is a professional soccer franchise kicking off March of 2025 in the United Soccer League. The club is searching for qualified youth coaches to come into the youth academy coaching team. The club is currently operating with 150+ players ages 13 and under with the expectation to double in size come June / July. 

This role varies on pay due to the age / qualification of the coach. The expectation is to attend the evening academy sessions and make sure all coaches / teams are running smoothly. The role of the academy director is to provide a framework for the development of young players and to oversee the recruitment and development of players and coaches within the club's academy. This role reports to our Sporting Director and Director of Player Development.
