The Buffalo Bills are looking for qualified candidates for our Mobile Ticketing Support Team. This position will focus on resolving mobile ticketing questions and concerns during all Buffalo Bills home games and ticketed events. Candidates will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our guests at Highmark Stadium. Positions are paid on an hourly basis. This role requires shifts on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Responsible for troubleshooting mobile ticketing at the gates on game days and special events.
• Assist Guest Service with gate entry and ticket scanning devices.
• Resolve customer complaints, questions and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of policies, rules, and regulations at Highmark Stadium.
• Understand and adhere to employee policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must have a GED or high school diploma.
• Current pursuit of or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sport Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be available to work all Buffalo Bills home games at Highmark Stadium and a variety of shifts at special events including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions.
