ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ability to interact with fellow employees and the general public in a positive and professional manner.

• Present a neat and tidy appearance while adhering to uniform standards

• Communicate effectively with guest, all levels of management and co-workers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under heavy pressure

• Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs

• Set up all suites for clients and report any clean-up or maintenance issues

• Answer the Founders Concierge Line and answer any questions

• Check tickets and direct/assist clients to their suite and/or hospitality areas

• Scan tickets and wristband guests entering the Speakeasy, Lexus Club, First Base Club, First Base Dugout Lounge, Third Base Dugout Lounge, and Texas Terrace Tables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Prior Customer Service experience

• Must be able to multi-task

• Ability to read and understand written policies and correspondence; interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Ability to speak clearly and effectively in order to be understood by fans and employees of the organization

• Requires extensive mobility to walk and to stand for up to 6 hours without a set break
