The ideal candidate for Retail Supervisor is a self motivated individual that thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing game day activities on the sales floor, coaching and leading the hourly retail associates assigned to your location, engaging with fans to provide top tier guest service, maintaining a clean and organized store at all times, collaborating with the warehouse team to facilitate accurate and efficient replenishment drops pre/during/post games.

This position is classified as a part-time/seasonal role, but is eligible for hours year long in very busy that hosts games from the NHL, NBA, NLL, NCCA Men's Basketball, and a variety of concerts and other entertainment shows.

Non-game day activities include, but are not limited to: Concert check in, inventory counts, visual merchandising, store flips, employee training, and more.

Previous retail experience is preferred, especially in a sports setting.
