Position Summary:
Receiving Teams are responsible for providing an easy guest experience by ensuring that all merchandise is received, delivered, and organized in various areas of the store. Receiving Teammates play a big part in inventory control whether it is ensuring that the merchandise is put in the right place, to auditing their areas, to making sure records are correct. Receiving teams will be expected to live the company’s higher purpose of Delivering Value to Live Better and exhibit the company’s core values in all that they say and do.
Duties and Responsibilities for assigned areas:
· Ensures a positive guest experience by properly back stocking the venue so product is organized and available for recovery and customer requests
· Responsible for inventory control
· Handles all deliveries.
· Maintains a clean work environment while assisting with allocating merchandise in the proper depts
· Properly fill out documentation for all incoming shipments and supply trucks
· Knowledge of all departments’ merchandise
· Pull merchandise transfers for alternate locations
· Collects and sort hangers and hard tags from register complex
· Maintains a high level of Loss Prevention awareness regarding all areas of risk

· Forklift certification
SCHEDULE: Work schedule is dependent on trucking and delivery schedule.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, crouch, stoop, reach, and lift cases and fixtures up to 30 lbs. for the duration of their shift. Furthermore, the employee is required to work outdoors for significant time of their shift loading and unloading. The employee is required to see and use electronic equipment including hand-held and office hardware. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus, such as the ability to read price tags.
