Maintenance Technician – Dallas Cowboys Football Club
Merchandising (Frisco, TX)
As a member of the Facilities Maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician will work to support the operations and activities of the department including maintenance, repairs, inspections, safety, security, housekeeping, vendor relations, special projects, and events.
Job Duties:
- Complete necessary and routine repairs, maintenance, and inspections for the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion.
- Installs equipment and appliances.
- Enters work orders into CMMS to complete and document work orders, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
- Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Collaborates with contractors as needed.
- Complies with all company safety regulations and local and state building codes.
- Remain knowledgeable regarding operational aspects of building systems. Follow protocol for effective maintenance, security and safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Identifies and advises management of emergency and safety related requests or concerns.
- Provides backup assistance to front office reception and housekeeping.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for company events as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Degree.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for an extended period.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Shift Available:
Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm; some Saturdays may be required.
