What You’ll Do: 

The Livigno Cluster Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of hospitality services during the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics in the Livigno Cluster. This individual will be responsible in the devolvement and implementation of the pre-games and games-time on-site activities by coordinating various aspects of guest services, ensuring that attendees have an exceptional and enjoyable experience throughout the event. Collaborate with the Managing Director and Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee Head of OFX & Hospitality to develop and implement comprehensive hospitality & OFX delivery plans that aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to oversee scope milestones and deadlines.
  • Support in managing task deadlines to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Participate in the definition of Hospitality & visitors opportunities
  • Manage the local cluster relations with stakeholders and MICO involved FAs
  • Implement and update data and documentation related to the activities
  • Aid in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Assist in producing reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of project objectives.

  

You Have These :  

  • Previous experience in event hospitality, preferably in winter sports or large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of the Livigno area

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
