Position Title: Line Cook/Kitchen Manager
Employment Type: Part-time with the potential for full-time for suitable candidates
Work Schedule:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Weekends: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Times subject to change depending on events)
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Serve Safe certification; if not certified, we will facilitate certification
Responsibilities:
- Execute line cooking duties during service
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as needed
- Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are upheld
- Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels
- Assist with special events as required
- Support dishwashing tasks when necessary
Compensation: $18 per hour
