We are looking to hire a full time Group Hospitality and Ticket Sales Trainee. This is a trainee position, where you will be paid hourly to enter into our training program and should you perform successfully in the role and training program, you will be hired after 90 full days. Further, if you are not from the El Paso area, we will assist you with relocation to El Paso. To be considered for this program you must have the following minimum requirements:
- You must have a college degree in sports management and or business or be working on one.
- You must have a strong interest in working in sales and customer event fulfillment, this is not a marketing job, it is a sales position.
- Previous experience in sports a plus. Sports means, working with college athletics, or sports related organization, that is NOT RETAIL.
