Guest Services Representatives will be responsible for elevating the fan experience for all events within Lynn Family Stadium by identifying and resolving issues, providing directions, and friendly assistance. Must be welcoming, eager to learn, and personable.
Pay Rate: $15/hour
This is a part-time seasonal position working at least 15 hours per week. Shifts will vary depending on event needs.
Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Meet, greet, and assist guests with frequently asked questions for stadium events.
2. Provide directional assistance throughout the stadium.
3. Assist guests as problems or issues arise before, during, and after events.
4. Identify any potential safety hazards and follow proper reporting policy & procedure.
5. Prepare the stadium for events by setting up tents, crowd control barriers, metal detectors, tables, chairs, outdoor televisions, and other event-related items.
6. Ensure synthetic fields, turf, bench areas, and concrete warning tracks are clear of trash and debris.
7. Performs daily operations and general building maintenance during non-event days.
8. Assist event management personnel with emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises.
9. Treat all guests and coworkers with professionalism and respect.
10. Other duties & special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a customer or guest services role.
- Ability to problem solve and act quickly and efficiently.
- Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet the schedule requirements of the position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head.
Must be able to work in moderate to very loud environments.
Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e. heat, rain, cold, snow, wind).
SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time, hourly position that may require extended hours per shift on event days. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
ABOUT OUR CLUB:
Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.
