Job Summary:
The Game Presentation Producer will be responsible for executing in-game presentation during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games and sixty-six (66) Flying Tigers regular season games. Collaboration with Director of Marketing to create run-of-show script.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce engaging and entertaining content for in-game presentations, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia elements.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create scripts and storyboards for various in-game features, promotions, and entertainment elements.
Oversee the execution of the game-day script during Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers events.
Direct the on-field and in-stadium presentations to enhance the fan experience.
Work with external entertainment acts, such as mascots, halftime performers, or special guests, to ensure smooth integration into the game presentation.
Develop strategies to engage fans through interactive elements, crowd prompts, and in-game activities.
Encourage audience participation and create memorable experiences.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all audio-visual equipment is set up and functioning properly for game-day presentations.
Work closely with the marketing and sponsorship departments to integrate promotional content seamlessly into the game presentation.
Be prepared to handle unexpected situations or technical issues during live events and find quick and effective solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience also considered.
Previous experience working in video production or similar technical field.
Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management skills.

Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
