Job Summary:
The Game Presentation Director will be responsible for camera direction and operation of NewTek TriCaster during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games and sixty-six (66) Flying Tigers regular season games. Collaboration with Game Presentation Producer and Broadcast Engineer to execute in-game video board entertainment and camera feed for live-stream broadcast.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the execution of the game-day script during Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers events, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and creative teams to integrate promotional content seamlessly into the game presentation.
Assist Broadcast Engineer with technical support & troubleshooting of video production equipment, including switcher, cameras, and router.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience also considered.
Previous experience working in video production or similar technical field.
Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management skills.
Working Conditions:
Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment.
Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
