Overview
The Food & Beverage Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of all the P&Ls and must understand ledgers, AP, AR while being able to demonstrate incisive financial analysis to drive top line and contain bottom line revenue. The Food & Beverage Financial Analyst will also be responsible for recommending and implementing financial systems while ensuring the effective management of food, beverage, and incidental costs. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely financial reporting.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L production – including ledgers, AP, A.R. and financial analysis.
- Build out and transition best in class financial systems.
- Develops and maintains cost control procedures for all food and beverage.
- Monitors inventory levels and ensures that food and beverage costs are within.
- Work closely with the F&B team to analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and waste reduction.
- Maintain accurate records of all food and beverage purchases, inventory levels.
- Provide timely financial reporting to management, including cost analysis and variance.
- Manage bank accounts while tracking costs.
- Provide training and support to F&B staff on cost control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and assist with special projects as assigned by.
