Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Intern to join our team for the upcoming [Season Year] season. As a Food and Beverage Intern, you will work closely with our culinary and hospitality professionals to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of game day food and beverage operations, including concessions, suites, and special events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Support front-of-house operations by assisting with customer service, cashiering, and managing concessions lines during peak periods.
- Participate in menu development and tastings, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Help coordinate and execute special promotions, themed nights, and other fan engagement initiatives related to food and beverage offerings.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform decision-making and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a culinary arts, hospitality management, or related program.
- Strong passion for food and beverage service, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds or more, as needed for various tasks related to food and beverage operations.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the game schedule.
