On December 7, 2020, the NWSL announced the decision to award an expansion franchise to Kansas City. In the year following, world-class women’s soccer was brought to the Heartland, where KC Current completed its Inaugural Season in front of the world’s best sports fans. Now, we’re ready for the next chapter. With a new crest to unite us, a best-in-class training facility, and the first stadium built specifically for a women’s sports team in the world, KC Current is ready to write the next chapter with help from those who call our city home.

Who are we hiring?
The Stadium Area Event Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area within the CKPC Stadium. The assigned area could be restrooms, suites, concourse, etc. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
What will you do?
- Maintain fully stocked restroom for customer use at all times.
- Immediately mop or clean any spillage in designated areas as required.
- Respond to bodily fluid clean ups using appropriate PPE and authorized chemicals.
- Ensure supply closet in designated area has enough equipment to stock restrooms.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
- Work with team to pick up trash left behind in seating areas by the guests.
- Sweep smaller trash and place in specified trash cans.
- Use blower, pressure washer or mop as specified by site to clean all other trash that is not able to be swept or picked up by hand.
- Ensure restrooms in designated work areas (locker rooms, press room, suites, general offices, etc.) are clean and fully stocked prior to end of shift.
- May use special equipment to provide detailed cleaning of specific locations as requested by client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in varied weather types.
- Must have ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor.
- Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
Special requirements of the Job:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts)
- 1 yr of similar work experience
