Basic Function: Responsible for creating, executing, analyzing and maintaining Club digital marketing channels and assisting strategy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital strategies and content plans for Club website, Club app, and Club YouTube channel.
- Coordinate strategy with Email Marketing Manager and Director of Digital Media
- Manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across website, app, audio/video podcast environments, and other digital platforms.
- Willingness to innovate to drive fan engagement and revenue through key digital platforms.
- Optimize the design, content, layout, and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications.
- Analyze and monitor, and report on app, web, and YouTube KPIs
- Build assets needed for marketing campaigns, such as creation of landing pages, form creation, pixel placement, etc.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Director of Digital Media.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
- Experience with CMS based websites, HTML code, and monitoring analytics.
- Previous experience managing an app environment and/or Rover experience a plus.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to be consistently prompt and dependable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively while managing ongoing advertising plans.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Ability to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Previous digital marketing and/or PR/communications experience preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum three (3) years of full-time experience in digital advertising, email marketing or developing a variety of digital or web-related products required.
