COORDINATOR, SPORTS MARKETING
Location: Kansas City DMA

ABOUT THE ROLE
Integrity 9 is seeking an organized, driven individual to join our brand consulting team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing, managing, and executing sports marketing activations across various leagues and teams. This role will serve several of our clients in Kansas City and Arkansas by playing an important role in managing the day-to-day aspects of partnership implementation across a sponsorship portfolio with national reach. This position will also contribute to the development of overarching sports marketing strategies with our clients.

Responsibilities include the following:

Partnership Strategy and Activation
  • Serve on designated client relationships while providing overall support to the client management team
  • Develop an understanding of client’s overall business needs and objectives
  • Develop partnership activation plans, with the support of other team members, for clients with partnershipsacross the NFL, MLB, MLS, NWSL, NCAA
  • Act as the primary lead on designated property relationships, managing the day-to-day communication andimplementation of partnership activation plans
  • Contribute, as part of the client management team, concepts and ideas that improve and enhance the client’sapproach to sports marketing
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely fulfillment of assetsIdentify and evaluate areas for growth and enhancements of existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with client’s internal teams (marketing, creative, business development, etc.) on the development ofpartnership materialsIntroduce and develop innovative activation ideas that maximize partnerships beyond contracted elements
  • Develop hosting strategies and plans to maximize hospitality assets for client’s goalsServe as the onsite lead for partnership activation events and activities (games, community projects, etc.)

Social Media
  • Assist with measuring and reporting performance of social media marketing campaigns utilizing vendor platforms
  • Understanding of the latest trends, tools, and capabilities across multiple social media platforms includingTwitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokImplement new marketing initiatives across social media for Integrity 9 and clientsIntangibles
  • Be a leader and team playerMaintain a positive attitudeHold themself and others accountable
  • Collaborate with i9 leadership to develop concepts to always be improving
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One or more years of sports marketing and/or relevant industry experienceLoyalty and the ability to work with transparency in a team environment
  • Excellent people skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, and have a desire to learn
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and the ability to work within a CRM
