Position Summary: We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to help manage the workflow for our internal marketing team. This position will be responsible for working with various departments within and outside the organization to ensure 1) effective communication 2) execution and delivery of assets on time 3) assistance with other Marketing Projects as assigned. The Project Coordinator will be the point of contact for status updates on creative projects and will help connect team members across departments to create an efficient workflow.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow for marketing creative team using communication and project management tools.
- Provide updates and facilitate revisions and feedback on marketing projects across departments.
- Responsible for taking notes, creating decks, preparing next steps, and implementing information into the project management tools.
- Attend meetings with several internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Community Relations, Ticketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, etc.) to understand and be on top of all creative organizational needs.
- Work with internal team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and as scheduled.
- Initiate and expedite communication between all stakeholders and marketing team members.
- Help with content jersey allotment and other brand marketing projects
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, agency/creative, or sports industry.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Basic knowledge of video, digital, and graphic design terminology.
- Basic knowledge of gaming and eMLS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must; ability to work and communicate well with team members across the organization.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Slack, Monday.com and/or other project management tools.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends and holidays when required.
