Internship: Internship
Client Services:
  • Prepare slide decks and other materials for prospective client outreach. 
  • Maintain client database with the client services team and respond to relevant inquiries. 
  • Assist Account Executive and Client Service Coordinator with curriculum development and preparation for working group sessions and athlete workshops. 
  • Creatively and strategically execute on-brand client experiences that align with ASP’s standard of excellence. 
  • Provide the logistics and background information for client relationships. 
  • Support ASP Client Services team on other projects as needed. 
 
Industry Updates:
  • Follow NIL industry trends to update ASP internal tracking documents. 
  • Research and prepare weekly industry report and distribute to ASP team, including Partners and Advisors. 
  • Compile a daily recap of client-related news for internal distribution. 
     
Content and Social Media:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of content for the ASP website, including 1-2 blog posts per month covering client partnerships and relevant NIL topics. 
  • Create and post 1-2 posts per week on ASP Twitter and LinkedIn, including scheduled and organic content.  
  • Participate in ideation and creation of batched content for ASP website and social media. 
 
Availability Requirements:
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours/week, dependent on needs and NIL landscape developments. Additional hours as mutually agreed upon and project-need. 
    • Availability dependent on class schedule. 
  • Work will be completed remotely. 
  • Hours may be completed on your own time, but some projects will require end-of-day updates. 
  • Project turnaround expectations will be specified when assigned. 
 
Duration:
  • Summer and Fall 2024 (exact dates to be agreed upon)
    • Internship will continue at discretion of ASP leadership 
 
Qualifications and Proficiencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by start date; internship open to current graduate students (must be an actively enrolled graduate student throughout the internship period). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn), and creative content (Photoshop) preferred. 
  • Intern should be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication to execute to the ASP standard of excellence.  
  • NCAA athletic eligibility exhausted, if applicable.
