This is a seasonal part-time position with the Holly Springs Salamanders. Ideal team members in this role will oversee the daily activities of the Fan Assistance Center at Ting Park. Responsibilities include the set-up, organization, and breakdown of the Fan Assistance Center each game, provide guests with information about the Holly Springs Salamanders, the ballpark, and answer ticket and promotions related questions, as well as sell/upsell tickets. This person will provide guests with information in a clear concise manner and assist in ensuring fans questions or concerns are addressed to their satisfaction. The Fan Assistant will coordinate with Holly Springs Salamanders managers from various departments.
Team members in this role must have an enthusiastic attitude and excellent communication skills.
Must work well under pressure plus be well-organized and empathetic.
Needs to possess the ability to think quickly and react appropriately in constantly changing situations to maintain and improve the fan’s experience.

This position requires availability to work all home games which includes holidays, evenings, and weekends.
