JOB DESCRIPTION:
 The Missoula PaddleHeads Professional Baseball Club is looking for a person who is interested in supervising all of our alcoholic beverage production at Ogren Park Allegiance Field during our event season. This position will report to and work directly with our Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure that our beverage operations meet the high standard that our fans and community desire for all PaddleHeads home games and non-baseball events. We are looking for people that share our passion for doing right, engaging meaningfully and expecting success. With a clear vision toward a bright future, we will work together to maximize the fan experience, create a deeper sense of community value and stand as the centerpiece for everything baseball for our good neighbors in Missoula. We are looking for a team member with a hunger to be in professional sports who wants to grow both personally and professionally while delivering a quality product to our fans. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
● Oversee the overall execution of all alcoholic beverage stations including the set-up, opening, event operations and close of all bar locations during events. 
● Assist the F&B Operations Manager with inventory and ordering of all alcoholic beverages. 
● Work with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure a high level of service that meets and exceeds the needs of our customers and fans. 
● Food safety standards meet or exceed the standard required by our local health department. 
● Work with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure that alcoholic beverages are being served responsibility. 
● Supervising staffing, ensuring all point of sale locations are staffed properly. 
● Monitor waste minimization, inventory, and risk management. 
● Maintain inventories of all bar stations. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 
● A passion to work hard, embrace success and be in Professional Baseball and event management. 
● Must be self-motivated and able to manage time well. 
● Ability to be creative and enhance our product. 
● Must have bar serving experience. 
● Prefer someone who has experience in managing bar staff 
● Training in proper safe alcohol serving is required. Classes will be offered by the PaddleHeads, if otherwise qualified, to complete before the season begins. Must pass certification as a probationary requirement unless currently certified. 
● Must have own transportation. No phone calls please.
