Summary:
The Ballpark Surveillance Specialist will provide security detail as outlined in agreeance with Major League Baseball. This role specifically will focus on surveying video surveillance captured on CCTV cameras throughout the facility. Hours will vary – but will specifically be needed before, during, and after Omaha Storm Chasers/Union Omaha events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety measures for ingress/egress of Werner Park
- Patrol of property and observation of fan conduct
- Communicate with Operations and Security team regarding any potential breech of security or area of concern
- Work in conjunction with Operations staff to ensure operation of the facility is both effective and efficient
- Complete incident reports as necessary
- Communicate daily with Director of Operations regarding any concerns or suggestions to improve the overall safety of Werner Park and its guests
- Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations to be able to respond to incidents and emergency situations
Working Conditions:
- This job operates in an environment located at a ballpark.
- This job may require extended periods of standing.
- This job occasionally requires light lifting and moving of fixtures.
- Performance of this job may require exposure to extreme weather conditions.
