Job Description: The Associate Production Coordinator is responsible for procuring all products purchased by the end consumer. This role needs to monitor all products being ordered for client events, new employee merchandise or any of our client’s promotional product needs. This role is accountable for ordering and billing our client for their purchased goods.

Requirements:

• Take ownership of delivering product for every custom project
• Ability to maintain and meet deadlines
• Owning Data Management integrity in Item Set ups
• Partner with the Account Management team and Procurement specialist to communicate any unexpected occurrences throughout the production process.
• Manage multiple projects at once and accurately document and relay information across internal teams
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Flexibility to work in multiple systems to gather and document information.
• Communicate with accounting team, all vendors are paid timely.
• Concise and clear communication to external vendors to communicate needs  
• Maintain communication with warehouse team on all products entering the warehouse to ensure they meet compliance standards.
• Ensure accuracy when billing clients to send final invoices
