The Ticket Sales and Service internship program is designed for college students who want to gain first-hand experience in the front office of a professional sports team. This is your chance to assist the daily operations of the Sales and Service department!
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Complete projects to brainstorm new group initiatives, theme nights and more
- Participate in trainings with our Sales Academy team to increase your sales knowledge
- How our sales/service department operates and how to market and sell ticket packages
- Produce qualified sales leads through prospecting and research
- How to identify steps in the sales process and observe the sales process in action
- The role of customer service, client relations, and fan interaction in a professional
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university
- Autonomous - Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative - Solve problems on the fly
- Friendly - Likable, open, and able to easily engage with others
- Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
