Company Description
You'll aim for excellence within the performance analysis department and provide support to all academy players and staff, performance analysis support to analysts, coaches and players. Aiming for excellence within the performance analysis department through individual and team analysis to aid player development.
- Capture Training for U14 and 13
- Operate camera during game day
- Keep Hudl up to date and organized for appropriate age groups
- Assist in coding post-match topics for U14 and 13
- Assist U13 coach in post-match review presentations were requested
- Assist in individual player analysis at multiple age groups
- Assist on Goal of the Week, Player of the Month, and other such projects

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Video capture of highest-level academy players

- Individual and tactical Analysis
- assist in team analysis for post-match, opposition scout presentations for coaching staff
- assist in individual analysis for group and individual meetings

Qualifications
- Strong tactical knowledge of soccer
- Coaching experience preferred but not required
- Experience with video hardware and software
- Detail oriented mindset
- Constant drive for self-improvement
- Ability to present information to medium sized groups
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
